How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are £5.95 across the entire JP range. 

What are your opening times? 
We Operate Monday to Sunday between 9.00am - 6.00pm.

What is the delivery time when I make an order?
If you order before 3pm, we can ship your order the same day. If you order after 3pm you will receive your order the next day. 

How do I send a personalised message with my flowers?
At checkout, you will see the option to 'add a note'. Here, type the message you would like to send to the receiver and we will then send the flowers with a handwritten message on your behalf. 

How do you send me my flowers? 
The entire JP range comes in our branded grey bags. The bouquets are wrapped in grey tissue and plain cellophane, tied with natural ribbon. 

Can I give you a call to discuss bouquets?
Certainly. If you would like to discuss a certain bouquet of flowers then please call on 01923 822321.

Are your flowers handmade?
Yes, all of the JP Collections are handmade.

Can you create bespoke orders?
Of course! If you would like an array of flowers then contact me (via the contact us page) and write a little message explaining the bouquet of flowers that you would like. Alternatively, give me a ring on: 01923 822321.

Do the flowers come with the vases in the picture? 
The product description will note if the flowers do or do not come with the vases in the picture. In general, if you like the vase you see, JP can source it for you.

Jean Page Florist has been a family run business for over 100 years. Due to the digital era taking over how we do things, I have decided to move out of my shop in Northwood and take my bouquets and inventory online on this website that you see today.
